This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website (“Site”) ciderpressclub.com and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events. We refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Services”. Our Services are provided by Ciderpress Club, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our membership office is located at 2075 Ciderpress Drive, Petoskey, MI 49770.

When you visit and use our Site, which includes applying for membership at Ciderpress Club, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this Privacy Policy, we want to explain in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. Upon your request, we will update your membership information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and/or comply with legal requirements.

Opting Out of Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list any time by clicking on unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or you can contact us. You will be removed from the marketing email list. However, we may still need to send service-related emails related to your membership.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

10. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our members who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and want to make such a request, contact us and submit your request in writing.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such data, please contact us and specify the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Site, but please be aware, the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
